This is an elite limestone from Germany. Its antiqued surface texture and gray-blue color anchor a room. Named after Germany’s highest mountain range, the Zugspitze - this quarry revels a warm-cool color palette where stone and gray blue intermingle with copper colored inflections and veining. This allows one to design a warm-cool palette that creates the tension of contrast that makes an interior vibrate. This is an antiqued limestone, where it’s texture is a work of art. Gifted and highly-trained, artisanal German stone masons have one goal - to achieve an antique stone finish that would lead the eye to believe only time and weather could have created such patina. The beauty of this German limestone floor is that it will play nice in interiors ranging from traditional, old world and mid-century to farmhouse and industrial.  It's larger scale size of 24" x 32" makes a room feel important and sophisticated - where the antiqued edge detail, allowing for elegant grout lines, seemingly disappear.  A showstopper in artisanal craftsmanship, color and patina - it's brings forth an authenticity that will endure generations.

Cleaning and Maintenance:  Vacuum, then clean with Black Soap (Savon Noir) to disinfect, maintain, protect and enhance patina.
