Marius Fabre Savon Noir Liquid is a traditional French olive oil soap for cleaning and maintaining French limestone, Belgian bluestone, reclaimed French terra cotta tile and French oak flooring. Made in Salon-de-Provence, France, Marius Fabre has produced Savon Noir using traditional cauldron-cooking methods since 1900.
Made with olive oil, this concentrated black soap is a natural, multi-purpose cleaner that is solvent-free, contains no added coloring and is biodegradable. Savon Noir gently cleans natural flooring while helping maintain the rich surface character and patina associated with traditional stone, terra cotta and wood floors.
Vacuum the floor to remove loose dirt and debris. Dilute 1½ tablespoons of Marius Fabre Savon Noir Liquid in 1 gallon of warm water. Apply with a sponge mop. No rinsing is required.
Suitable for routine maintenance of French limestone flooring, Belgian bluestone and reclaimed French terra cotta tile when appropriate for the particular finish and installation.
Vacuum the French oak floor thoroughly. Dilute 1½ tablespoons of Savon Noir Liquid in 1 gallon of warm water. Fill a 32-ounce spray bottle with the diluted solution, lightly spray the floor and clean using a microfiber mop. No rinsing is required.
For wood flooring, always follow the care requirements of the particular finish.
