Le Touquet-Paris-Plage, located in Northern France on the Opal Coast of the English Channel, is one of the most renowned seaside resorts in France. Numerous prestigious hotels were built, and at its peak of prosperity in the Roaring Twenties, the resort boasted  the Royal Picard - one of the biggest casinos in France.  Salvaging this French reclaimed terra cotta tile lot not too far from this historic beach, revealed colors like the cabanas dotting those famous sands.  The whimsical colors radiate joy and would be beautiful paired with white.  As for a French oak floor - we paired one of our new color ways, THE QUEEN'S HAMLET, with this antique clay tile for their color connection.  Finally, the historic patina of this antique terra cotta tile with its worn texture offsets the smooth patina of the French oak floor and now, please let me know how inspired have you become to build your dream beach house?
