A Catalan Farmhouse 1850 - A Small Production Antiqued Cement Tile Collection is a curated collection with four original designs from Spain 1850.  Authentic designs in an earth tone color palette of Stone, Charcoal, Parchment and Authentic Olde White (original Spanish 1850 white), quietly harmonizes with reclaimed materials, yet brings to the forefront contrast - to create beautifully historic interiors.

Pattern: Lucky Clover - an authentic design from Spain 1850.  Historically, this pattern was designed to exalt the beauty of nature and the interlocking tendrils of lucky clover on a spring day.  Inspired from France's fleur-de-lys, this design is regal as well as organic and grounding.  Aside from the clover, there are a multitude of geometric shapes to create the intricate design - from cones, triangles and squares to interwoven circles - a remarkable pattern from a clever artisan, circa Catalonia, Spain 1850.

Fabrication: Artisanally crafted in Catalonia, Spain using an original Catalonia 1850 designhand-forged metal grid, layered and hand-pressed colored cement, essential drying time.  Final antiquing by hand at Pavé facility in West Hatfield, Massachusetts to achieve antiqued patina. 

Surface Texture: Satin patina with artisanal imperfections.  This is a living material that will continue to age and patina with use and wear.  A quality installation will mean this cement tile will last generations.

Recommended Sealer after Installation:  Akemi Stain Repellent Nano Effect 

Cleaning and Maintenance:  Vacuum, then clean with Black Soap (Savon Noir) to disinfect, maintain, protect and enhance patina
