Antique French stone fireplace mantels are elegant works of art that bring a warmth and ambiance to an interior decor. History added to a space with a story behind each mantel - recall the stone mason with years honing his craft, finessing inert blocks of limestone or marble into a beautiful focal point that is all at once functional and authentic.
Reference: Mantel Pavé 104 is a 19th Century French limestone mantel with slightly curved legs that soften the handsome rectangular formations of each side panel molding. The top portion of the mantel has linear relief moldings, symmetrically hand carved to the sides and face of the mantel. Three delicate hand carved mid-relief motifs depicting harvest motifs, oak leaves and acorns play hommage to the beauty of nature and it's abundance. The white and grey tones of this French limestone mantel marry beautifully with our Eye of Horus Reclaimed Egyptian cement tile with similar colors and light values.
